Winemaker Notes & Critical Acclaim:

"Dark cherry, white pepper and spring floral aromas blend with dense blackberry flavors, sweet tannins and a juicy finish." - Winemaker Note

"Black cherry, cola, root beer and roasted plums make for a very approachable and yet complex nose on this well-priced blend. The palate is also easy to like and not overly complicated, but carries quite a bit of intrigue with flavors of black cherry and smoked sagebrush." - 91 Points Wine Enthusiast

About The Producer:

Tenshen is a play on words that nods to winemakers Joey Tensley and Alex Guarachi’s winemaking acumen and the tension that occurs when harvesting. Tenshen’s thought-provoking Rhone blends are tenacious and alluring. The reds exhibit brooding dark fruit that is accented by Santa Barbara spice and completed by a mouthwatering finish.
